Robotic cell for 1 PUMA 2600-SY lathe

The cell is characterized by a FANUC MOD.M20IA industrial robot. The end device, consisting of 1 Schunk PGN Plus 125-1AS pneumatic gripper, is complete with control sensors and 1 set of workpiece gripping levers
The interface with the work center is in ProfiNet.
In the cell there is an Equator Ranishaw calibration system that allows excellent control of the processes, introducing highly repeatable, versatile, reprogrammable checks and not influenced by thermal variations.
The two-axle lifting tower cn TS2AX completes the cell providing a consistent processing autonomy.
