Subject: Increase in share capital of Quick Load S.r.l.
 
 
QUICK LOAD S.r.l. is pleased to announce, pursuant to articles 2442 and 2481-ter of the Italian Civil Code, that on 10-03-2025 at the Notary Offices of Dr. Mazzetti in San Lazzaro di Savena (BO), an increase in the share capital, fully paid-up, took place against the issue of new shares assigned to the same corporate structure, which remains unchanged.
 
This is a free capital increase, completed by allocating part of the reserves set aside and recorded in the balance sheet to capital.
 
In consideration of the positive feedback of the activity undertaken and the favorable market prospects, the extraordinary shareholders' meeting resolved on a capital increase of € 500,000.00, making it possible to increase the share capital from five hundred thousand point zero zero (€500,000.00) to one million point zero zero (€1,000,000.00);
 
This Equity transaction was promoted in order to give greater evidence to Customers, Suppliers, creditors, Banking Institutions and third parties in general of the economic and financial solidity of the company. A choice that once again confirms the financial consistency of the company: a basis on which to build the strategies that will allow us to continue on our path of affirmation for many years to come.
